Application Authorization and Consent

By submitting an application, each applicant and owner/principal certifies that all information and documents submitted are accurate, true, correct, current, and complete, including business information, owner information, banking information, financial records, uploaded documents, IDs, bank statements, processor statements, and voided check.

I certify that the information submitted in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I authorize Elite Funding Solutions LLC ("Elite Funding Solutions") and Bypass Solutions LLC ("Bypass Solutions"), and their funding partners, to review my business, identity, ownership, application details, uploaded documents, and related financial information for business funding options.

My application may be submitted to funding partners by either Elite Funding Solutions or Bypass Solutions. Each company may present this application on its own application form, using the information in this application.

I adopt my electronic signature on this application as my signature on the Elite Funding Solutions application form and on the Bypass Solutions application form for this same application, and I agree to the Bypass Solutions Applicant Authorization & Certification below.

By signing below, each of the above listed business and business owner/officer (individually and collectively, "you") certify that you are authorized to sign on behalf of the named business, all information and supporting documentation submitted with this application are true, correct and complete and all such information may be relied upon by Bypass Solutions LLC and the Recipients (defined below). You hereby authorize Bypass Solutions ("BS") and each of its representatives, successors, assigns, designees and third-party funding partners which includes lenders and other finance brokers with whom BS has, or may in the future enter into, commercial brokerage-financing relationships ("Recipients") that may be involved with or acquire commercial loans having daily repayment features or purchases of future receivables including Merchant Cash Advance transactions: (1) to obtain consumer or personal, business and investigative reports and other information about you, including hard and/or soft credit pulls, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax; (2) to obtain credit card processor statements and bank statements from banks, creditors and other third parties; (3) to obtain the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to you, to any Recipients; and (4) to transmit this application form, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all Recipients for the foregoing purposes. You further certify that should any of the foregoing information change, to the extent within your knowledge, that you will promptly notify Bypass Solutions of such changes. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original whether sent via email or facsimile.

I authorize Elite Funding Solutions, its affiliates, service providers, funding partners, funders, banks, processors, and underwriting partners to obtain business, consumer, personal, investigative, credit, bank, processor, and financial reports for underwriting, verification, fraud prevention, renewal review, servicing, and compliance purposes.

Credit review may include soft or hard inquiries depending on the funding product, funding partner, and stage of review.

I consent to electronic records, electronic communications, and electronic signatures for this application and related funding review.

My typed name, drawn signature, checkbox selections, submission timestamp, IP address, user agent, and consent version may be stored as evidence of my authorization and electronic signature.

I authorize Elite Funding Solutions to contact me about this application, missing information, document requests, funding options, underwriting updates, and related services by phone, email, and text message where permitted.

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. Consent to optional text messaging is not required where prohibited by law.

Elite Funding Solutions treats nonpublic personal information and business funding information as confidential and uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect submitted data.

Application information may be shared with funding partners, service providers, affiliates, and other recipients who need the information to evaluate, verify, process, service, or comply with legal obligations related to the application.
